Fees and Payment

Selecting a therapist deserves careful attention, so an initial phone call is how we can begin to understand whether my approaches would be helpful for your needs. I provide a 30-minute telephone consultation to answer questions and determine whether an appointment in person is appropriate.  If it is, we will discuss fees and schedule a time to meet.  I charge for meetings in my office because the therapy process begins right away with building relationship and understanding your current concerns.

$130 per 50-minute session for individuals

$145 per 70 minute session for couples and some individuals

$45 per 90 minute group session (supervision only)

Payment or other paperwork is better completed at the beginning of our sessions so the balance of our time is spent focus

Financial arrangements will be part of our initial phone call and first session.  Our therapy can be submitted to your insurance carrier for reimbursement of out of network benefits depending on your insurance plan.  I accept a small number of Medicaid clients covered under Colorado Access Behavioral Health. Please let me know if you are seeking services which would be covered by Medicaid and I will let you know if I have any current openings.

Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis and accommodations may be made when more frequent sessions are desired.  If you think you might need a reduced fee, please let me know during our initial phone call.  If needed, I can provide you with referrals for high quality, low fee services.

I accept cash and checks as my preferred method of payment for services. I am also able to accept credit cards with a service fee included.

Cancellation Policy
I request a 24 hour notice to cancel an appointment.  You will be charged your full fee for any missed appointments with less than 24 hour notice of cancellation.
