We are complex - intellectually, emotionally, spiritually. Therapy is an opportunity to step out of our automatic reactivity, out of the stress of everyday life, out of our patterns since childhood, and find a different path. Because of this, it has been my experience that meeting once weekly is incredibly helpful for understanding and change. I encourage you to talk with me about a schedule of therapy that most meets your needs.
I work Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday with my first appointment generally at 8:00 a.m. and my last appointment at 6:00 p.m. I also schedule clients for every other Saturday morning. We can discuss a time that works best for you. I try to establish a regular time each week for my clients so they can benefit from having a reliable and consistent time for their therapy. If you have a special need for a very early or very late appointment, please be sure to mention that when you call.
